hi can anyone tell me if there is a good head of carp in these ponds and what type of carp are they,{ie there are common carp but are they any mirror carp in here as have been told.
and does Harry do a yearly ticket for night and day fishing if so how much ??.

nice review andrew. the rules are there for a reason as you say, i guess, and it appears to keep the riff raff down.

i totally agree with you rich aswell pool is kept clean and howard is very helpful. there are very nice tench in there and the carp love to feed around 6 pm on bread taken of the top. great place to fish and also to teach kids everyone made welcome

There are 2 excellent tackle shops about 12 miles away Fawcetts Lancaster & Carlsons Kendal as below; the Trading post about 3/4 mile sells some flies etc. Also 3 other day fisheries within 5 miles

hi warden, at 4.000000 for 10 days does seem a little over priced,i am looking for a fishing holiday this coming summer but the prices all seem too dear,we used to go to britany but they have made it a no smoking site so after 6 years we will not be going anymore, do you know any cheaper sites that are available, george
